How Soon Will My Order Arrive?
Our team works hard to make sure that all orders are shipped out as quickly as possible from our facility in Milwaukee, WI, in the order that they are received. Orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS, with standard delivery usually taking 3-7 business days, depending on where the customer is located. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to extra safety precautions in our fulfillment center or unexpected carrier transportation delays.
Please note that after we hand off your package to our shipping partner, we are no longer in control of it and cannot make any changes. If 10 days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please reach out to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to help.
How Do I Track My Order?
As soon as your order is shipped out, Transformation sends you a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your order. If you are unable to successfully track your order, please reach out to our team at email@example.com and they will be able to help you.
I received confirmation that my order has arrived, but I don’t, have it?
We know that it’s not fun having to wait and we appreciate your patience. In some cases, FedEx and USPS will mark an order as delivered but it may take another day or two to arrive. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of your delivery confirmation, please reach out to the customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My Order Shipped out with the Wrong Address?
Transformation ships all orders to the default shipping address that was provided during checkout or the address that is connected to your subscription account. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, we are not able to update the shipping information or re-route the order. If you entered your address incorrectly, we are happy to try and update that for you before your order has been prepared for shipping at email@example.com, but unfortunately, we are not always able to do that. You can always try to reach out to the carrier to see if they are able to redirect your package.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship your order.
