Managing Your Subscription

Congrats on signing up for a subscription, you are now on track to stay on top of your goals and save 15% with FREE shipping on every order!  Your subscription is also completely customizable.  You are in control of how often you want to receive your products, you can skip a month, you can add or change your products, you can update your address and payment information and you can also cancel your subscription with us at any time.

Below are some common questions that may help with your subscription account management.



How do I log into my account?

1. First, let’s make sure your subscription account is activated.  You should have received an account activation email when you signed up for your subscription.  Please try and locate this email as your account will need to be activated before you can log in and manage your subscription.  If you don’t see it, you may want to check your spam folder.  If you still don’t see it, please request a new activation email from our team at and they will get one sent out as soon as they can for you.

2. If your account was already activated and you forgot your password, you can request a password reset via the login screen.

3. If you can’t remember where to log in, head to our website at or You can login by clicking ‘Account’ on the upper right-hand side of your screen or scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ (shown below).




We want your Transformation subscription to make your life easier by making sure you do not run out of your favorite products.  Our subscriptions are completely customizable to create a stress-free solution that works for you. We even send out reminders three days prior to processing, so you have time to log in and make any necessary changes.

You can make changes at any time by logging in and clicking on Manage Subscriptions. 



Our customizable options give you full control. You will have the following options available to help manage your account, Subscriptions, Upcoming Orders, Purchase History, Shipping Address, and Payment Methods.  

Please select the topic as needed to make any necessary changes.


Options under Subscriptions:

  • Add a product
  • Change Quantity
  • Change Next Order Date
  • Change Frequency
  • Change Payment Method
  • Change Shipping Address
  • Change your Email Address
  • Change your Phone Number
  • Add a Discount Code
  • Skip an Order
  • Cancel your Subscription


How do I skip or cancel my subscription?

You can easily skip or cancel your subscription under the 'Subscriptions' tab.  Simply select the product subscription that you would like to skip or cancel and scroll down to the bottom on the screen and select 'Skip This Order' or 'Cancel Subscription' as highlighted below.  If you have more than one subscription, you will have to complete this step for each product.  

Please note that cancelling your payment method will not cancel your subscription.

  • Edit Order Date
  • Edit Payment Method
  • Edit Shipping Address
  • Skip an Order

Review Purchase History:

Options under Payment Methods:

  • Add Payment Method
  • Edit Payment Method
  • Delete Payment Method
  • Move Subscription to different Payment Method

Please note: Canceling your PayPal agreement or Payment Method does NOT cancel your subscription.  


Options under Shipping Addresses

  • Add New Shipping Address
  • Edit Shipping Address
  • Link Payment Methods to Shipping Address
