How do I log into my subscription account?
1. First, let’s make sure your subscription account is activated. You should have received an account activation email when you signed up for your subscription. Please try and locate this email as your account will need to be activated before you can log in and manage your subscription. If you don’t see it, you may want to check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please request a new activation email from our team at support@transformationprotein.com and they will get one sent out as soon as they can for you.
2. If your account was already activated and you forgot your password, you can request a password reset via the login screen.
3. If you can’t remember where to log in, head to our website at https://transformationprotein.com or https://transformationgreens.com You can login by clicking ‘Account’ on the upper right-hand side of your screen or scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ (shown below).
