At Transformation, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders quickly, efficiently, and in the best possible condition. We currently offer shipping within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska (but no longer shipping to US territories).

What is your processing time?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, except during holidays or high-volume sales periods. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.


What are your shipping methods?

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on the package weight and destination. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but generally take 3-7 business days. If you have been waiting for more than 10 days, please reach out to our team at and they will be happy to help.

  • Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.


What are your shipping rates?

Transformation charges a flat fee of $6.95 for every order under $100.  Orders $100+ are shipped for free.  Subscription orders are also shipped for free at this time.  Shipping offers may vary.


How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship internationally or to the US territories at this time. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the shipping address is incorrect.
