Transformation's Total Body Protein super blend consists of egg white, collagen and plant proteins, complete with all 9 essential amino acids to promote lean muscle growth. For best results we recommend taking directly after your workout (within 30 minutes) for post-workout recovery or 1-2 hours prior to your workout for fuel, whichever is most convenient for you.  

We recommend blending our protein powder with water or your favorite alternative milk, using 8-12 oz of liquid, for a half serving (one scoop), or 12-16 oz of liquid, for a full serving (two scoops). Feel free to add in ice, fruits, leafy greens, or nut butters as desired.

You can also drink a protein shake at any time during the day as a high protein snack.  If you are looking to replace a meal, you will want to be sure to add in your favorite fruits, leafy greens, and healthy fat (avocado or nut butters) for added calories and nutrition.
