What is Your Return Policy?
Transformation is proud to offer our customers a 30-day (from date of delivery) money-back satisfaction guarantee on all products sold through Transformation Protein and Transformation Greens. If you do not like the product for any reason, simply contact one of our Transformation Coaches at email@example.com and they will help process your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and is limited to one of each product.
If you have purchased more than one product, we can help you return your unopened items for a refund within 30 days of your order. As soon as our team receives your return order, they will work to process your refund (less shipping). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).

Subscription orders are not eligible for a refund. If you do not want your subscription order to ship out, please submit a cancellation or change request to email@example.com at least 48 hours before the subscription is scheduled to process and our team will be happy to help you.
Other Return Considerations:
Transformation is not responsible for refunds on orders that were shipped to the wrong address, in error of the customer. If you place an order and realize you made a mistake, please reach out to the Transformation team at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if they can help resolve it for you.
